ACCESSORY USES OF CHAPTER 17 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO CREATE A
PARAGRAPH 12 (PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE)
WHEREAS, Chapter 17: Section 8.01(7)B. Country Estates
establishes the permitted accessory uses in all residential
Muskego, and
zoning districts within the corporate limits of the City of
WHEREAS, Chapter 12.03(3) Peddlers, Canvassers, and
which may be conducted within the corporate limits of the City
Transient Merchants establishes those commercial activities
of Muskego which are exempt from the requirement to obtain a
license, and
Services Committee of the City of Muskego finds it necessary to
WHEREAS, In a effort to eliminate vagueness, the Public
amend Chapter 17:8.01(7)8. to create a paragraph "12" to read
as follows: All those uses as listed in Chapter 12.03(3) shall
be permitted without Plan Commission approval unless traffic
congestion is a concern or the residential integrity of the
subject and adjacent properties is compromised. Agricultural
produce sales shall be of a seasonal nature. a NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That upon the action of the
Public Services Committee on January 6, 1997 the Plan Commission
does hereby recommend to the Common Council of the City of
Muskego that Chapter 17: Section 8.01(7)B. be amended to create
a paragraph "12" to read as indicated above in the third
"WHEREAS".
