PCR1997024RECOMMENDATION TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARING FOR RESOLUTION #P.C. 24-97 SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE LAKE FOREST PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT; OVERLOOK BAY PHASE I1 submitted to the Planning Department on December 26, 1996, and WHEREAS, A conceptual layout for Overlook Bay Phase I1 was WHEREAS, The conceptual layout is contained within the boundaries of the development known as Lake Forest, it is located mainly in the area set aside for multi-family development with a portion in areas set aside for commercial uses all zoned RS-3/0PD Suburban Residence District with a Planned Development Overlay, and Sunset Drive and four (4), eight (8) unit multi-family buildings on an eighth lot accessing Racine Drive, and WHEREAS, The plan proposes seven (7) duplex lots accessing WHEREAS, For the Lake Forest Planned Unit Development, access along Sunset Drive has always been prohibited yet there Drive, and areas illustrating the proposed multi-family uses are is now presented proposal for seven access points along Sunset currently set aside for commercial uses per the original development plan for Lake Forest, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That all proposed changes by themselves or in whole are found by the Plan Commission to constitute a substantial change from the original site development plan thus requiring the need for a public hearing. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends to the Common Council that a public hearing be held in this matter. Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 02-04-97 Defeated Deferred
