WHEREAS, The Plan Commission granted approval to amend the
Building, Site and Operation Plan for Wiza Industries located at
S82 W18792 Gemini Drive for a 150' X 170' addition on the north
side of the complex under Resolution #P.C. 157-96, and
WHEREAS, A condition of approval required that a
landscaping, lighting and drainage plan be submitted for Plan
Commission review and approval prior to the issuance of a
building permit, and
landscaping, lighting and drainage plan for Wiza Industries on

WHEREAS, Roofing Consultants, Ltd., has submitted a
