LEDERHAUSE FOR MUSKEG0 LAKES (TAX KEY NO. 2225.999.003) WHEREAS, a petition for a Conditional Use Grant for boat and marine related sales has been submitted by Herbert D. Lederhause for the property located at S81 W19077 Apollo Drive (currently the JSE Electric Building), and WHEREAS, Under a Conditional Use by Right for the Industrial Park Zoning District (I-1), boat and marine related sales are permitted upon Plan Commission approval, and office and warehouse space under Resolution #P.C. 111-82, and WHEREAS, The current facility was originally approved for amended for additional warehouse storage under Resolution #P.C. 13-91 and Resolution #P.C. 216-93. Conditional Use approval to Muskego Lakes Marine for boat and marine related sales and service at the property located under Tax Key No. 2225.999.003, in the NE 1/4 of Section 17. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission grant '0 to the completion of screening of the storage area with fencing BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That occupancy is requested prior containing privacy slats and landscaping, a bond, letter of must be submitted to the Planning Department along with an credit or cashiers check equal to twice the value of said costs itemized price list of said costs from a qualified dealer.
