PCR1997018RESOLUTION #P.C. 18-97 RECOMMENDATION BY THE PLAN COMMISSION TO LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 TAX KEY NO. 2228.995 AMEND THE FLOOD PLAIN MAP FOR THE PROPERTY (RYBACK PROPERTY) WHEREAS, Scott and Michelle Ryback submitted for a Flood Plain Zoning Map Amendment in accordance with Chapter 14, Section 8.2 of the Flood Plain Ordinance on December 9, 1996, to accommodate the construction of a single family residence, and plain (floodfringe) at the property located in the SE 1/4 of - WHEREAS, The request is to fill in portions of the flood of a residence in accordance to the Flood Plain Ordinance Section 17, Tax Key No. 2228.995, to allow for the construction Chapter 14, Section 4.3, (2) Standards for Development in Floodfringe Areas: Residential Uses, and WHEREAS, A Grading Plan and Site survey (Dated October 27, Section 4.3 (2) and will be kept on file at the Planning 1996) has been submitted indicating compliance with Chapter 14, Department. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the Flood Plain Zoning Map Amendment for Scott and Michelle Ryback for the property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 17, Tax Key No. 2228.995 subject to DNR and/or Army Corp. of Engineer's approval if applicable. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said plans be kept on file in the Planning and Building Departments along with any subsequent changes to the same.
