PCR19970170 RECOMMENDATION BY THE PLAN COMMISSION TO REZONE THE PROPERTY RESOLUTION #P.C. 17-97 LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16 AND THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TAX KEY NO. 2241.999 FROM EA EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURAL TO RS-1 SUBURBAN RESIDENCE WHEREAS, In response to an anticipated sewer project, the Plan Commission granted approval for a two (2) lot land division sketch for Lawrence Stefaniak under Resolution #P.C. 130-96 on June 21, 1996, and WHEREAS, The proposed two parcels are currently zoned Exclusive Agriculture and the proposed land division would District, and create two lots below the minimum area required for an EA WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved of a Certified Survey Map submitted by Mr. Stefaniak on November 22, 1996 under Resolution #P.C. 227-96 with a condition that both parcels be rezoned RS-1 Suburban Residence District to coincide with the availability of sanitary sewer service to the property, and WHEREAS, The City of Muskego is the petitioner for this request due to the City sponsored sewer project. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council of the rezoning of said parcels from EA Exclusive Agricultural to RS-1 Suburban Residence.
