PCR1997015RESOLUTION #P.C. 15-97 APPROVAL OF CONCEPTUAL REVIEW FOR WAREHOUSE FACILITY BY SMITH-ODA ARCHITECTS, INC. FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT SATURN, MERCURY AND ENTERPRISE DRIVES OF THE MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16 (TAX KEY NO. 2223.994.003) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted requesting approval of a Conceptual Development plan for land located at Drives, and the west end of Mercury Drive, between Saturn and Enterprise WHEREAS, The Conceptual Plan proposes two 36,000 square foot multi-tenant warehouses with one facing north, the other facing south, with the docking areas located in the center, and WHEREAS, The building plans show the two warehouses broken Drive being part of the first phase, and into two (2) phases, with the northern warehouse along Saturn WHEREAS, Building elevations and landscape plans have not been submitted at this time. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the conceptual development plan dated (received 01-02-96) and said plan be kept on file in the Building Department and 1/4 Section file along with any subsequent changes to the same.
