recommends approval to the Common Council to rezone 40 acres in
the SW 1/4 and SE 1/4 of Section 32, Tax Key No. 2287.999 from
RS-2 Suburban Residential to RS-2/0IP Suburban Residential with
an Institutional and Public Service Overlay. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a Building, Site and Operation Plan must be submitted and approved by the Plan Commission,
Works Committee, sanitary sewer allocations and plans approved
site grading and drainage and road plans approved by the Public
by the Public Utilities Committee, and developer's agreement,
and letter of credit by the Finance Committee and Common
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a Certified Survey Map is
required to be submitted for approval.
