PCR1997013RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO REZONE FORTY ACRES RESOLUTION #P.C. 13-97 IN THE SW AND SE 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TAX KEY NO. 2287.999 WITH AN INSTITUTIONAL AND PUBLIC SERVICE OVERLAY FOR THE FROM RS-2 SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL TO RS-2/0IP SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL MUSKEGO-NORWAY PUBLIC SCHOOLS conceptual approval for the development plan of a new middle school submitted by Bray Associates Architects for the WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego granted Muskego-Norway Pubiic Schools on 1997 under Resolution #P.C. 209-96, and Whereas, A Public Hearing was required to be held prior to the approval of rezoning and building, site and operation plan, and 14, 1997, in front of the Common Council of the City of Muskego. WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for rezoning was held on January THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council to rezone 40 acres in the SW 1/4 and SE 1/4 of Section 32, Tax Key No. 2287.999 from RS-2 Suburban Residential to RS-2/0IP Suburban Residential with an Institutional and Public Service Overlay. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a Building, Site and Operation Plan must be submitted and approved by the Plan Commission, Works Committee, sanitary sewer allocations and plans approved site grading and drainage and road plans approved by the Public by the Public Utilities Committee, and developer's agreement, and letter of credit by the Finance Committee and Common Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a Certified Survey Map is required to be submitted for approval. to the Common Council that this rezoning have a 12 month sunset BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends clause in which time the property will revert back to RS-2 zoning without a public hearing if construction of a middle school has not begun.
