PCR1997012a APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR A TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE RESOLUTION P.C. 12-97 FOR WOLTER BROS. BUILDERS, AGENT FOR ROBERT AND NANCY CZERWINSKI (MOTHER-IN-LAW UNIT) FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 578 W15460 FOXTAIL CIRCLE (LOT 29, FOXBORO NORTH SUBDIVISION, TAX KEY #2203.104) WHEREAS, Building plans were submitted to the Planning Department by Wolter Bros. Builders, agent for Robert and Nancy Czerwinski, for a single family residence and a mother-in-law unit at S78 W15460 Foxtail Circle, and WHEREAS, The building plans depict that the mother-in-law unit would consist of a combined entry and a separate rear entrance, kitchen, bath, family room and bedroom totaling 544 square feet, and as a Conditional Use in a residentially zoned district upon the approval of the Plan Commission, and WHEREAS, The City's zoning ordinance permits this type of use WHEREAS, The regulations provide that the architectural character of the residence remain single family in appearance and that the second unit does not exceed 800 square feet of the residential floor area and that one person in each unit be related to a person in the other unit by blood, marriage or adoption, and Section 17:3.07 of the City's Code of Ordinances, and WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held in conformance with WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this property have been notified of the public hearing. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approve the request of Wolter Bros. Builders, agent for Robert and Nancy Czerwinski for a single family residence and a mother-in-law unit at S78 W15460 Foxtail Circle and that the approval be subject to the conditions of Section 17:8.01 (7) C, 10 of the City's Code of Ordinances.
