Department by Michael Kubiszewski for a single family residence and
a mother-in-law unit at S81 W17385 Joel Drive, and
WHEREAS, Building plans were submitted to the Planning
WHEREAS, The building plans depict that the mother-in-law unit
consist of a combined entry and separate rear entrance, kitchen, bath, family room and bedroom totaling 840 square feet, and
as a Conditional Use in a residentially zoned district upon the
approval of the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The City's zoning ordinance permits this type of use
WHEREAS, The regulations provide that the architectural
character of the residence remain single family in appearance and
that the second unit does not exceed 800 square feet of the
residential floor area and that one person in each unit be related
to a person in the other unit by blood, marriage or adoption, and
Section 17:3.07 of the City's Code of Ordinances, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held in conformance with

WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego approve the request of Michael Kubiszewski for a single
family residence and a mother-in-law unit at S81 W17385 Joel Drive
and that the approval be subject to the conditions of Section
17:8.01 (7) C, 10 of the City's Code of Ordinances recognizing a 5%
overage in the permitted square footage.
