WHEREAS, A Conditional Use Grant was granted by the Plan
Commission for two (2) storage facility buildings with
individual units rented to the public for Joseph P. Beatka on
September 19, 1986, and
for three additional storage facility buildings with individual

6. Entire property will be enclosed with a six foot century
fence .
WHEREAS, Greg S. Franke submitted a conceptual building,
site and operation review for eight (8) additional storage
buildings ranging in size for the property north of the
existing operation and was approved by the Plan Commission on
February 20, 1996, under Resolution #P.C. 31-96.
