PCR1997010TWICE AMENDED APPROVAL TO AMEND A CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR MINI-WAREHOUSES FOR MUSKEG0 STORAGE BY GREG S. FRANKE AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED RESOLUTION #P.C. 10-97 (TAX KEY NO. 2177.932 AND 2177.933.002) AT 566 W19526 TANS DRIVE WHEREAS, A Conditional Use Grant was granted by the Plan Commission for two (2) storage facility buildings with individual units rented to the public for Joseph P. Franke submitted a conceptual building, site and operation review for eight (8) additional storage buildings ranging in size for the property north of the existing operation and was approved by the Plan Commission on February 20, 1996, under Resolution #P.C. 31-96.
