OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 CHAPTER 17:SECTION 6.04(4)G.5.
TRAILERS (PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE)
5.09, Building Construction establish minimum construction
standards for dwelling units in the City of Muskego,
and
WHEREAS, Chapter 30: Building Code and Chapter 17: Section
written creates potential conflicts with these minimum
standards, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 17: Section 6.04(4)G.5. as currently
WHEREAS, The Public Services Committee of the City of
Muskego finds it necessary to amend Chapter 17: Section
6.04(4)G.5. to avoid any potential conflicts.
Public Services Committee on October 7, 1996 the Plan
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That upon the action of the
Commission does hereby recommend to the Common Council of the
City of Muskego that Chapter 17: Section 6.04(4)G.5. be amended
as follows:
Strike the language found to state "...except that the
Common Council may Grant a special permit for the temporary
habitation in accordance with Chapter 12.10 of the Municipal
Code. "
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in place of that which is
proposed to be stricken from Chapter 17: Section 6.04(4)G.5.,
the Plan Commission recommends that the following language be
inserted:
One and Two Family Built-Off-Site Manufactured Homes or
"...except in conformity with Chapter 17: Section 5.09(2)
Dwellings or Modular Housing."
