TWICE AMENDED
APPROVAL TO AMEND THE BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
DENOON SALOON BY JEROME STENSTRUP AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED
AT W198 510857 RACINE AVENUE
(TAX KEY NO. 2287.016.002)
WHEREAS, An amendment to the Building, Site and Operation
plan for W198 S10857 has been proposed by Jerome Stenstrup, and
two (2) permitted residential living quarters, and
WHEREAS, This location has been the site of a tavern with
Denoon Saloon which will have a bar and restaurant while
maintaining two rental units, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Stenstrup proposes to reopen the tavern as the

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approves of the amendment to an existing
Building, Site and Operation Plan dated (received 12-29-96) and
said plan be kept on file in the Building Department along with
any subsequent changes to the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of this building
site and operation plan as they relate to the building, parking
and drive areas, landscaped areas and signage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the
Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That additional signage, parking
lot expansion, and parking lot lighting and landscaping shall
require Plan Commission approval prior to the commencement of
work.
