APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING
A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR EARL D. MEINEN
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 26
(TAX KEY NO. 2261.998)
two (2) lot land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 26 and
approved by the Plan Commission on November 19, 1996, under
Resolution #P.C. 223-96, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on October 31, 1996, for a
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Res idence, and
WHEREAS, The RS-2 District requires a minimum lot size of
20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 110' and said

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division in the
NE 1/4 of Section 26 of the Meinen Property.

amendment to the Year 2010 Arterial Street and Highway System
Plan and the resolution of technical discrepancies as
identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers,
and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the
Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends

be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed
upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
