2010 ARTERIAL STREET AND HIGHWAY SYSTEM PLAN TO REDUCE THE
APPROVAL BY THE PLAN COMMISSION OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE YEAR
PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH OF RYAN ROAD WEST OF BOXHORN DRIVE.
WHEREAS, Through the authority of Wisconsin State Statutes
Section 62.23 the City of Muskego may develop plans, ordinances
and guidelines to aide the Plan Commission and Common Council
in planning for the adequate provision of public right-of-ways,
and
System Plan (2010 Plan) is a document adopted by the City to
aide in the planning of adequate public right-of ways, and
WHEREAS, The 2010 Plan has been re-examined by the Plan
Commission and it has been determined that the designation of
an 80 foot right-of-way for portions of Ryan Road west of
Boxhorn Drive is unnecessary due to current and future traffic
generation potentials, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego 2010 Arterial Street and Highway
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission finds that a 66 foot

right-of-way for portions of Ryan Road West of Boxhorn Drive
shall be adequate to serve the potential traffic demands
generated by adjacent lands and tributary streets.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council of the
City of Muskego approval of the amendment to the City of Muskego
right-of-way width of Ryan Road, west of Boxhorn Drive, to be 60
2010 Arterial Street and Highway System Plan designating the
feet .
