APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR STEVE KRZMAN AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 AND THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 17
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land
division was submitted by American Surveying Company, Inc. for
Steve Krzman for the property located in the NE 1/4 of Section
18 and the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Norway, on December 2,
1996, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts
and no conflicts with future street patterns of the City of
Muskego, and
within their jurisdiction.
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot
land division for Steve Krzman located in the NE 1/4 of Section
18 and the NW 1/4 of Section 17, in the Town of Norway.
