APPROVAL FROM PLAN COMMISSION TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING
TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, CHAPTER 17, SECTION 6.11: SPECIAL
REGULATIONS: APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
TO INCLUDE BOTH THE DOWNTOWN DESIGN GUIDE
AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO DESIGN MANUAL
Section 62.23 the City of Muskego may develop ordinances and
WHEREAS, Through the authority of Wisconsin State Statutes
guidelines to aide the Plan Commission in exercising its
authority in reviewing development and redevelopment proposals,
and
City of Muskego Design Manual will serve as aides in the review
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego Downtown Design Guide and the
of development and redevelopment proposal, and
WHEREAS, To unite the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance with
the Design Guide and Design Manual, it is proposed to amend
Section 6.11 of the Zoning Ordinance as follows:
Create Section 6.11(3)D. The development and redevelopment
documents recognized by the Plan Commission including but
of all property shall be in conformance with all design
not limited to the City of Muskego Downtown Design Guide and
the City of Muskego Design Manual.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby direct Staff to schedule a public hearing
to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Muskego to create
Section 6.11(3)D. as proposed in the above text.
