PCR1996229RESOLUTION #P.C. 229-96 OPERATION PLAN OF INSTITUTIONAL PRODUCTS CORPORATION APPROVAL OF AMENDING A BUILDING, SITE & AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S80 W18760-66 APOLLO DRIVE WHEREAS, Institutional Products Corporation (IPC) proposes to amend their existing Building, Site and Operation at the property located at S80 W18760-66 Apollo Drive, and WHEREAS, The amended plan proposes two 12 foot diameter silos to be located at the northeast corner of the existing structure, and Easement and Ameritech Easement, and WHEREAS, The location of the silos will be on a WEPCO WHEREAS, Permission from both WEPCO and Ameritech will need to be provided for the placement of the silos on the easement area, and 113 square feet each) will yield 81,505 square feet of building WHEREAS, The proposed addition of the two silos (totalling coverage, which would total 47% of the total lot area while the Rules and Regulations for Muskego Business/Industrial Park limits any building or structure exceeding 45% of the total lot area. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the amendment to the Building, Site and Operation plan of IPC property owners of the Muskego Industrial Park and the City of subject to a variance being granted by a majority of the Muskego Common Council. Operation Plan dated (received) November 25, 1996, be kept on file in the Building Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended Building, Site and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building Site and Operation Plan is approved and perpetual compliance to same is required unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
