IN THE THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 25

approved by the Plan Commission on October 15, 1996, under
Resolution #P.C. 205-96, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on October I, 1996, for a
and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3, Suburban Residence,
WHEREAS, The RS-3 District requires a minimum lot size of
15,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 100' and said
lots appear to meet the District requirements, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division in the
NE 1/4 of Section 25 of the Blattner Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends
approval to the Common Council subject to resolution of
technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning
Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable
fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM
be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed
upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
