CREATING A TWO LOT LAND DIVISION FOR ROGER KASTELLO
APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 2
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land
division was submitted by American Surveying Company, Inc. for
Roger Kastello for the property located in the NW 1/4 of
Section 2, Town of Norway, on November 21, 1996, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts
and no conflicts with future street patterns of the City of
Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction. .-
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot
land division for Roger Kastello located in the NW 1/4 of
Section 2, in the Town of Norway.
