RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL BY THE PLAN COMMISSION TO
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (OPD) BEING LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 AND
THE COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND THE LAKE FOREST OVERLAY
SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8, AND THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
WHEREAS, A conceptual sketch was originally submitted on
February 10, 1995, for Overlook Bay Phase 11,
WHEREAS, The conceptual layout is contained within the
boundaries of the development known as Lake Forest, it is
zoned RS-3/0PD Suburban Residential/Planned Development, and
located in the area set aside for multi-family development and
WHEREAS, The original proposals never proposed access onto
Sunset Drive for the Overlook Bay Development, and
WHEREAS, The revised conceptual layout submitted on
September 20, 1996, included access onto Sunset Drive, and

Sunset Drive for the Overlook Bay Phase I1 for no more than 40
living units.
