CREATING A ONE LOT LAND DIVISION FOR HAROLD DEBACK
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 1
TOWN OF NORWAY
division was submitted by Harold DeBack for the property
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land
located in the SE 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Norway, on November
1, 1996, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts
and no conflicts with future street patterns of the City of
Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot
land division for Harold DeBack located in the SE 1/4 of
Section 1, in the Town of Norway.
