WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was

accessory structure shall neither be used for the operation of a
business nor the storage of business related materials and
equipment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said structure must meet all the
requirements set forth in the City of Muskego Building Code and a
building, zoning and County sanitary sewer permit is required
prior to construction of subject accessory structure.
