WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
submitted on October 29, 1996, by Paul Gross to construct a second
level addition to a 25' X 29' accessory structure at the residence
located at S91 W13851 Boxhorn Drive, and
WHEREAS, The location of the accessory structure will meet the
zoning requirements of the R-2 zoning district and the
architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's
residence and surrounding area, and
storage of vehicles and a workshop and the Plan Commission has
authority to approve the type and size of accessory structures
within 60% of the total primary first floor area, and
WHEREAS, The accessory structure is intended to be used for

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves Of
a 25' X 29' second level addition to the existing accessory
structure for Paul Gross in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and
6.11 (2) and that subject accessory structure and addition shall
neither be used for the operation of a business nor the storage Of
business related materials and equipment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said structure must meet all the
building and zoning permit is required prior to construction of
requirements set forth in the City of Muskego Building Code and a
subject second garage.
