APPROVAL OF A AMENDMENT TO THE BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION
PLAN OF BASSE"S COUNTRY DELIGHT
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 570 W16050 JANESVILLE ROAD
(TAX KEY NO. 2172.999)
Country Delight submitted plans dated October 30, 1996, to
update and amend their Building, Site and Operation Plan, and
WHEREAS, Listed zoning violations included the total
permitted amount of signage, petting zoo operation, shed
display, and outdoor display of sod and mulch/bedding materials,
and
WHEREAS, Upon notification of zoning violations, Basse's

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the amendment to the Building, Site and Operation plan of
Basse's Country Delight subject to:

2. A conditional use being applied for to accommodate the
petting zoo.
3. Creation of Certified Survey Map to accommodate store and
its accessory uses; to be completed by April of 1997.
4. Installation of accel/decel lanes at a minimum for west
bound traffic; to be completed by August of 1997.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated (received) October 30, 1996, be kept on
file in the Building Department.
