APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION
FOR JOHN KRABBENOFT AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
583 W20618 JANESVILLE ROAD IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 18
(TAX KEY NO. 2232.997)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on October 25, 1996, for a
two (2) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 18 for the
property of John Krabbenhoft, and
District'which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence
feet and a minimum average width of 110 feet, and
WHEREAS, The current configuration of said lots appears to
meet said restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The parcel will have access from Janesville Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
division in the SE 1/4 of Section 18 of the Krabbenhoft
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land
property subject to the delineation of any wetland and
by the Public Works Committee. Wetlands to be delineated by
floodplain areas and the submittal and approval of grading plan
the Army Corps, DNR or SEWRPC. Floodplain to be located by
surveyor.
