WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on October 15, 1996, for a
two (2) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 1 by Grace
Ciesielski of Raven Realty, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence
District which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square
feet and a minimum average width of 110 feet, and
WHEREAS, The current configuration of said lots appears to
meet said restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The total amount of outbuildings exceeds 60% of
the total floor area of the first floor primary space, and
WHEREAS, Access shall be onto Woods Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve

of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2)
lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 1 of the Beckner
property subject to the delineation of any wetland and/or
floodplain areas and the submittal and approval of grading plan
by the Public Works Committee. Wetlands to be.delineated by
the Army Corps, DNR or SEWRPC. Floodplain to be located by
surveyor.
