BY THE PLAN COMMISSION TO THE COMMON COUNCIL TO
SECTION 8.01 (7) B TO CREATE SECTION 8.01 (7) B.12 AND
SECTION 8.11 (7) B TO CREATE SECTION 8.11 (7) B.1.f
TO ADDRESS FARM PRODUCE SALES
WHEREAS, Upon petition of the Plan Commission of the City
be amended as follows:
of Muskego shall the several sections of the Zoning Ordinance
1. Amend Section 8.01(7) 8, RCE, Country Estate, Permitted
Accessory Uses to create Section 8.01 (7) B.12 Farm Produce
Sales: Sales of farm produce such as fruits, vegetables,
flowers and seedlings are permitted on the property where
approval is not required unless traffic congestion becomes subject produce is grown. Plan Commission review and
a concern, or the residential character of the neighborhood
is compromised. Such activities shall be exempt unless
traffic congestion becomes a concern.
2. Amend Section 8.11 (7) B, B-1, Neighborhood Convenience
District, Permitted Accessory uses, to create Section 8.11
stands for the sales of farm produce such as, but not
(7) B.1.f Temporary Farm Produce Sales Stands: Temporary
limited to, fruits, vegetables, flowers, Seedlings and sod
subject to the provision of ample off street parking and
sanitary facilities. The sale and display of livestock and
fowl is prohibited.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common
Council of the proposed amendment to read as follows:
