APPROVAL OF TRUCK PARKING REVIEW FOR GLEN SCHOPF
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 24
parking of two (2) commercial cargo vans in a residential
district along Boxhorn Drive, and
WHEREAS, Glen Schopf submitted a petition to permit the
WHEREAS, Section 6.04 (4) G.2.a permits the parking of one

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a variance from the Board of
Appeals will be required if a second vehicle is requested to be
parked and that an annual review will be required by the Plan
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall
result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation,
the initiation of legal action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to the construction of
the accessory structure, the plans must be approved by the Plan
Commission; the two vehicles must be stored within the
accessory structure when not in use, and annual review by the e Plan Con&ssion is required.
