PCR1996208AMENDED APPROVAL OF A CONCEPTUAL AMENDMENT TO THE BUILDING, SITE h RESOLUTION #P.C. 208-96 OPERATION PLAN OF MAREK LITHOGRAPHIC BY BLK CONSTRUCTION, INC. AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S81 W18460 GEMINI DRIVE WHEREAS, BLK Construction, Inc. has proposed a conceptual amendment to add an 8,000 square foot addition to the existing Building, Site and Operation plan of Marek Lithographic at the property located at S81 W18460 Gemini Drive, and storage and 2,000 square feet will be used for office space, and WHEREAS, 6,000 square feet will be used for warehouse WHEREAS, The original Building, Site and Operation plan was building, and approved on September 5, 1972 for an 8,047 square foot WHEREAS, An Amended Building, Site and Operation plan was approved on December 22, 1982 for a 6,400 square foot addition on the north end of the existing structure, and foot building, which would total 48% of the total lot area, and WHEREAS, The proposed addition will total 22,441 square Business/Industrial Park limits any building or structure exceeding 45% of the total lot area. WHEREAS, The Rules and Regulations for Muskego THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the conceptual amendment to the Building, Site and Operation plan of Marek Lithographics subject to the structure not exceeding 45% of the total lot area. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the petitioner will need to apply to Amend the Building, Site and Operation Plan before the Planning Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the petitioner will go through the variance process as outlined in the Restrictions/Covenants of Industrial Park.
