APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN BY
BOLDT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR THE MUSKEGO HEALTH CENTER
LOCATED AT S74 W16700 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation Plan has been
submitted by Boldt Development Corporation for the Muskego
Health Center located at S74 S16700 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The Muskego Health Center is proposed to be a
single story medical office building consisting of 15,000 square
feet with an additional 15,000 square foot future expansion, and
with a reddish brick exterior envelope with complimentary accent
