RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL BY THE PLAN COMMISSION TO COMMON
RESOLUTION #P.C. 201-96
COUNCIL TO AMEND THE THE OVERLAY PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OF
THE MEADOW GREEN WEST ADDITION NO. 2 SUBDIVISION TO
RE-DELINEATE EXISTING WETLAND BOUNDARIES
Addition #2 subdivision which illustrated a wetland area
affecting a large portion of lots 98 through 108, and
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was approved for the Meadow Green West
WHEREAS, It has since been determined independently and by
the Army Corps of Engineers and Department of Natural Resources
that portions of the subject properties are no longer considered
to be wetlands due to changes in the hydrology and vegetative
character of the the parcels in question, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission recommended approval of a
limited redelineation of said wetlands subject to a Council
Approval under Amended Resolution #P.C. 179-96, but found that
due to the proposed large scale redelineation of wetlands and
the potential loss of open space a Public Hearing was warranted,
and
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved the limited
redelineation of said wetlands but directed that a public
hearing be held for the large scale redelineation; said Public
Hearing is scheduled for October 22, 1996, at 7:20 P.M., before
the Common Council.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEDl That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common
Council of the amended wetlands delineation and subsequent
construction of homes on lots 98 thru 108, 118, 119, 120 and 121
in the Meadow Green West Addition No. 2 Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDl That the petitioner shall cause a
document to be filed with the deed for the subject properties as
which indicates the change in wetland boundaries in the final
well as with the Final Plat for Meadow Green West Addition No. 2
plat; said document shall be filed with the Register of Deed for
Waukesha County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to the issuance of a
building permit for subject properties, copies of all documents
provided to the City.
