APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
CREATING A THREE LOT LAND DIVISION FOR HAROLD DEBACK
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 12
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a three (3) lot land
division was submitted by Harold DeBack for the property located
in the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Norway, on September 26,
1996, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of
the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval
by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and
no conflicts with future street patterns of the City of Muskego,
and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.

land division for Harold DeBack located in the SE 1/4 of Section
12, in the Town of Norway.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
