USE GRANT TO ALLOW FOR VEHICLE MAINTENANCE BY JACOB FREY

FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S107 W16311 LOOMIS ROAD
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Jacob Frey on September 23,
1996, to amend the existing Conditional Use Grant for the
property located on S107 W16311 Loomis Road to allow for the
maintenance of vehicles not associated with the car dealership,
and
held on March 19, 1996, granted approval of the existing
conditional use grant to permit a used car lot for the subject
property under Resolution #P.C. 47-96, and

for used automobile sales. I would like to include automotive
repair in my line of services. The area designated for
customer vehicle parking instead of car sale ?arking is
highlighted on the site plan. The introduction of customer
service will not in any way subtract €rom the looks or
approval for auto service :or over ten years.
