MUSKEGO CANAL TO TEMPORARY FILL SITE ON MUSKEGO DAM ROAD
APPROVAL OF THE REDISTRIBUTION OF DREDGE MATERIAL FROM
LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 33
Muskego Lake Restoration Project and the City of Muskego, Wind
Lake Management District, and the Wisconsin DNR, and
WHEREAS, This project is in conjunction with the Big
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on September 23, 1996 which
illustrate the location, and existing and proposed topography
of the project site, and

Management District, and
WHEREAS, The property currently is not under the ownership
WHEREAS, No agreement of the purchase has been provided, and

settle out rapidly while the clay material will take an ample
amount of time to settle, and
materials including the upper horizon soils as well as the
subsurface clay materials and the berms will be seeded
immediately after construction with a perennial rye, and
WHEREAS, The basin berms will be constructed of on Site
spoils from the flood plain to the flood plain, furthermore, no
WHEREAS, The material to be dredged is a relocation of
additional materials is to be added, and the subject materials
shall be removed and the site restored to pre-existing
conditions on or before August 1, 1997.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission Of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the temporary placement
of fill in the SE 1/4 of Section 33 in Muskego (Tax Keys #
2289.997 and 2291.998).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all appropriate permits shall
be obtained from all appropriate agencies and that the
conditions on or before August 1, 1997.
