APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A SIX (6) PARCEL
LAND DIVISION IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION
16 OF THE BOEHM PROPERTY
(WOODS ROAD)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on September 19, 1996, for
a land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 36, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 which requires a
minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 120' and said lots do appear to meet the minimum area
and average width restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The proposed lots appear to have wetlands and
potential floodplain that need to be delineated, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a six (6)
property subject to the delineation of wetlands and floodplain
lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 16 of the Boehm
Works Committee. Wetlands to be delineated by the Army Corps,
and the submittal to and approval of grading plan by the Public
DNR or SEWRPC.
