APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF LAKEWOOD MEADOWS ADD" NO. 2
BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 5
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved through Resolution
#P.C. 56-87 and the Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common
Council through Resolution #63-87, and
WHEREAS, A Revised Preliminary Plat was approved through
Resolution #P.C. 233-91 and through the Common Council
Resolution #329-91 which established the street and lot layout
for the proposed subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The developer agreed to bring the Preliminary Plat
back before the Plan Commission to review the street and lot
layout giving the neighborhood residents an opportunity to
present their viewpoint on traffic circulation and wetland
issues and preliminary plat was confirmed through the approval
through Resolution #P.C. 218-92, and
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 218-92, and
WHEREAS, The City has approved the sewer REC's.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approves the Final Plat subject to satisfactory
fulfillment of concerns/conditions as identified by the City
Planning Department, Public Works Committee,the City Engineer,
the State of Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and
Consumer Protection, approval of a Subdivider's Agreement and
Letter of Credit, any required Easement or Dedication
Documents, Construction Plans and payment of all applicable
fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That soil borings must be taken
on lots 38, 39 and 40. Prior to the signing of the Final Plat,
setbacks and offsets need to be illustrated on these same lots.
