AMENDED
22' X 34" WALL SIGN FOR THE WAUKESHA MEDICAL
APPROVAL OF A 5' X 12' MONUMENT SIGN AND A
CENTER BY SUMMIT HEALTH CARE FACILITIES LOCATED AT
569 W15636 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, The Summit Health Care Facilities is requesting
Medical Center located at S 69 W15636 Janesville Road, and approval for ground and wall signage for the expanded Waukesha
illuminated monument sign made of an aluminum sign cabinet and
WHEREAS, The proposed ground sign is a 5' X 12' internally
white lexan face, and
with white lettering and the lower portion of sign will be a white
background with blue lettering, and
WHEREAS, The upper half of the sign will be a blue background
WHEREAS, The propose location is in the southwest corner of
the parcel along the Janesville Road entry, and
WHEREAS, Per the sign ordinance, Section 6.09, said sign must
have a minimum 12' setback from the ultimate road right-of-way and
to meet said regulations, and
a 3' offset from neighboring property lines, and said sign appears
WHEREAS, The proposed wall sign is a 22' X 34 inch
non-illuminated logo and letter sign with a white coloring, and
WHEREAS, Both signs appear to meet the size and location
requirements for a B-3, General Business District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves the
above stated signage in conformance with Section 17:6.09(12) of
the City's Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection and Planning Department
prior to erecting the signage following submittal of a landscape
plan for the base of the sign in conformance with Section
17:6.09(3)(v) of the City's Municipal Code.
