APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
MALCHINE AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF
SECTION 2 AND NE 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWN OF NORWAY
CREATING A THREE LOT LAND DIVISION FOR MICHAEL AND KEVIN
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a three (3) lot land
division was submitted by American Surveying Company, Inc., for
Michael and Kevin Malchine in the NW 1/4 of Section 2 and the
NE 1/4 of Section 3, Town of Norway, on September 6, 1996, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a three (3) lot
land division for Michael and Kevin Malchine located in the NW
1/4 of Section 2 and the NE 1/4 of Section 3, in the Town of
Norway.
