APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
CREATING A FOUR LOT LAND DIVISION FOR JOSEPH R. SCHWEITZER
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 3
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a four (4) lot land
division was submitted by Interline Surveying Services, Inc.,
for Joseph R. Schweitzer in the SW 1/4 of Section 3, Town of
Norway, on September 4, 1996, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a four (4) lot
land division for Joseph R. Schweitzer located in the SW 1/4 of
Section 3, in the Town of Norway.
