WHEREAS, Plans were submitted requesting approval of a
Conceptual Development plan for land located at 585 W21531
Janesville Road, formally known as the Clementine Knutkowski
Farm and the site of the proposed Cow Town, and
WHEREAS, The Development Plan proposes for mid priced 8
family condominium units with two bedrooms or two bedrooms with
