THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S63 W13510 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, An annual temporary use has been proposed by
Lincoln State Bank, and
WHEREAS, Lincoln State Bank has held an annual pumpkin
display during the Halloween Season, and
Scouts camp over during the display time for security reasons,
WHEREAS, This year the petitioner proposes to have Boy
and
WHEREAS, This is proposed to be done on an annual basis, and
WHEREAS, The location of camping area will be on the west
end of the parcel behind the pumpkin display.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of annual Temporary Use as submitted and dated (received) August
15, 1996 to take place during the Halloween season and said
submittal be kept on file in the building department.
