CREATING A FOUR LOT LAND DIVISION FOR MICHAEL AND KEVIN
MALCHINE AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF
SECTION 2, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a four (4) lot land
division was submitted by American Surveying Company, Inc., for
Michael and Kevin Malchine in the NW 1/4 of Section 2, Town
of Norway, on August 23, 1996, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for a four (4) lot
land division for Michael and Kevin Malchine located in the
NW 1/4 of Section 2, in the Town of Norway.
