THE LAKE FORREST DEVELOPMENT AND THE MSI MUSKEG0 CENTER
PLAN BY GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN FOR
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W189 S7847 RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, A Planned Development was approved for the Lake
Forrest Development by the Plan Commission through Resolution
#P.C. 36-90 on April 3, 1990, and
for the MSI Muskego Center by the Plan Commission through
Resolution #P.C. 121-94 on June 21, 1994, and
WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation plan was approved
WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to set up a Attended
Donation Center in the parking lot of Sentry at W189 S7847
Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, Center is attended seven days per week, and
WHEREAS, The location of the center is on the south end of
the shopping center, between the Mc Donalds Restaurant and
Sentry store.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
August 9, 1996.
the amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan dated (received) c BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does not
view the attended donation center as a substantial change to the
Lake Forrest Development OPD and/or the MSI Muskego Center
Building, Site and Operation Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a public hearing will not be
required.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated (received) August 9, 1996, be kept on file
in the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building Site and Operation
Plan is approved and perpetual compliance to same is required
unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
