PCR19961710 AMENDED APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A TWO LOT LAND DIVISION RESOLUTION #P.C. 171-96 BY PATRICK AND SANDY HADE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S75 W21071 FIELD DRIVE IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 7 (TAX KEY NO. 2188.996.001) WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on March 11, 1996, for a two the Plan Commission under Amended Resolution #P.C. 54-96 on (2) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 7 and approved by April 16, 1996, and and said survey does not substantially conform to the conditions contained in Amended Resolution #P.C.54-96, and WHEREAS, A certified survey map was filed on August 9, 1996 WHEREAS A grading and drainage plan has not been submitted. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Certified Survey Map for a two lot land division by Patrick and Sandy Hade for the property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 7 subject to resolution of all technical discrepancies as identified by the Common Council, Plan Commission, City Engineers and City staff. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a grading and drainage plan is permit and a note to this effect shall be placed on the face of required to be submitted prior to the issuance of a building the subject certified survey map.
