AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S83 W18622 SATURN DRIVE
PEST CONTROL COMPANY, INC.,
WHEREAS, A Building, Site and Operation plan was approved
by the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 138-91 on
August 6, 1991, and
proposes a 42' X 25' building addition along with a new 25' X
WHEREAS, The amended Building, Site and Operation Plan
22' concrete pad all along the northern edge of the existing
structure, and
WHEREAS, The proposed building materials are in keeping with
the existing building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan dated (received)
August 8, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated (received) August 8, 1996, be kept on file
in the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building Site and
Operation Plan is approved and perpetual compliance to same is
required unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
