Adopted 08-20-96 Defeated Deferred plan was approved by the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 56-95 on June 6, 1995, and WHEREAS, A Conditional Use and Building, Site and Operation Conditional Use Grant to allow for a fence enclosure to contain WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to amend the existing equipment, materials and other items related to the approved activities on the property, and which property owners within 300 feet of the property have been properly noticed, and WHEREAS, A public hearing was held on August 20, 1996, for a fenced area measuring 55.5 feet by 24.75 feet and consisting of dog eared wood fencing having a height of six (6) feet. WHEREAS, The materials submitted on July 2, 1996 illustrate of amending the Conditional Use Grant dated (received) August 20, 1996. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan dated (received) July 18, 1996, be kept on file in the Building Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building Site and Operation unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. Plan is approved and perpetual compliance to same is required equipment will be kept outside for display during business BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That only eight(8) pieces of hours. Nothing will be stored outside after business hours other than personal vehicles. Only crushed stone will be in the fenced area, and fence will be painted to match new building.
