PCR1996168RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY RESOLUTION #P.C.168-96 (Sa1 W16964 WOODS ROAD) FROM RS-Z/OPD TO RS-Z/OPD/OD TO OF MUSKEG0 TO CHANGE ZONING ON TAX ID #2218.001 (BOEHM) PERMIT THE CREATION OF ONE DUPLEX LOT WHEREAS, Gregory and Gloria Boehm have petitioned to have their property, described as Lot 1 Meadow Green Subdivision, Tax ID #2218.001 (S81 W16964 Woods Road), rezoned from RS-2/0PD Suburban Residence/Planned Development to RS-Z/OPD/OD Suburban Residence/ Planned Development/Duplex, and WHEREAS, This request has been determined by the Plan Commission to constitute a non-substantial change to the original Planned Unit Development of the Meadow Green Subdivision, and WHEREAS, The original OPD for Meadow Green Subdivision permits 63 housing units on a total of 29 acres yielding a density of 2.17 units per acre, and OPD would serve to permit 65 housing units on a total Of 29 WHEREAS, The proposed rezoning for Meadow Green Subdivision acres vieldinq a density of 2.24 units per acre ( a 3% increase - . 0 in density ) . - THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby find that the proposed rezoning is a nonlsubstantial change to the OPD but does recommend to the Common Council that a public hearing be held to rezone the proposed parcel containing the existing residence from RS-Z/OPD to RS-Z/OPD/OD for one duplex.
