approval of an amended Building, Site and Operation Plan by a
joint project involving Sprint Telecommunications and PCS
water tower stem with all additional equipment being housed in
PrimeCo to include 15 Dapa antennas mounted to the existing
two adjacent brick buildings (7'6" x 12') at the base of the
existing water tower and approved by the Planning Commission
under Amended Resolution #P.C. 23-96 , and
