APPROVAL TO AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
RESOLUTION #P.C. 165-96
FOR NATIONAL BUS COMPANY, INC. BY PRIMECO PERSONAL
COMMUNICATIONS, L.P. h SPRINT SPECTRUM, L.P. AT THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT W146 S6365 TESS CORNERS ROAD
2, 1996 requesting to amend the Building, Site and Operation
Plan of National Bus Company, Inc. by PrimeCo Personal
Communications, L.P. and Sprint Spectrum L.P. respectively, and
pole at this site helps further the goal of the City of Muskego
WHEREAS, The co-location of these two companies on the same
to control the proliferation of such facilities throughout the
community while meeting the recommendations contained within the
report submitted by Ralph Evans and Associates, and
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on June 7, 1996 and August
WHEREAS, PrimeCo is proposing to lease a 839 square foot
portion of the parcel to construct/install a wireless
communications facility, and
WHEREAS, The PrimeCo facility will include a 12' X 8'
prefabricated communications shelter and a 150' high steel
monopole tower surrounded by a chain link fence with nine
antennas installed at the top of the 150 foot tower, and
WHEREAS, Sprint Spectrum is proposing to lease a 610 square
foot portion of the National Bus property and install a wireless
communication facility on the proposed PrimeCo monopole, and
WHEREAS, The Sprint Spectrum facility will include nine,
four foot antennas at a height of approximately 100 feet, and a
9' x 15' fenced in equipment area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
of the amended Building, Site and Operation Plans dated 06-07-96
and 08-01-96 and said plan shall be kept on file in the Building
Department along with any subsequent changes to the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of these building,
site and operation plans as they relate to the building, parking
and drive areas, landscaped areas and signage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan
Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
conditions of this approval shall result in the imposition of
fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal
action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all appropriate easement
documents be drafted and submitted by the petitioner to the
City for recording.
ib BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this site will not preclude
the co-location of another antennae at this site. The tower
will be painted sky blue. Compliance of landscaping plan and
original landscaping plan.
